PAYMENT PLAN For
MILLER'S SHEET MUSIC & STUDIOS
Standard cost for lessons is $110.00 per month.
Fees are set as a flat rate per month whether there are four (4) or five (5) weeks in the month.
Make Up Lessons:
If you have to miss a lesson: Only the extra lesson in the 5-week months can be used for makes up lesson time. NO OTHER TIME WILL BE ARRANGED.
Each individual teacher collects their own fees. Fees are to be collected one month in advance.
Summer and Holiday Plan:
During the month of June through August, as well as the month of December, we will allow for up to one (1) month vacation time and the payment schedule will be as follows:
4 lessons $110.00
3 lessons $82.50
2 lessons $55.00
1 lesson $25.00
If your vacation time exceeds one (1) month and you would like to hold your preferred lesson time slot, you will be required to pay for any additional weeks.
The teacher's vacation time will follow the same plan and will be pre-arranged by the teacher with the student.
Lessons that fall on the following holidays will be pro-rated:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Teacher absenteeism:
When a teacher must cancel lessons, they will be made up at no additional charge or a credit will be given for the cancelled lesson.
